Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the technical field of synthetic biology, and provides bio-based trans-aconitate, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. On one hand, the present invention provides a trans-aconitic acid recombinant engineered bacterium, and the transformed engineered bacterium can significantly improve the capability of fermentation production of trans-aconitic acid. Further provided is a fermentation process of liquid submerged fermentation for producing trans-aconitic acid, and the yield of the trans-aconitic acid is further improved by means of the proper time of low-dissolved oxygen control and a sugar supplementing process. Also provided is a process for synthesizing high-purity aconitate from trans-aconitic acid products prepared by fermentation, the problem of removing pigment impurities from aconitic acid raw materials of the fermentation product is solved, and the specific use and product of the aconitate in industrial production are provided.
