Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a controller knob device for an endoscope and, more specifically, to a device in which the rotational accuracy and fixing structure of a wheel knob for changing the direction of the endoscope are improved, thus enabling an endoscope camera to be easily operated and a patient's lesions to be accurately observed. The present invention may comprise: a signal body base in which base-side plates are folded on both sides of a base connection plate; a signal body member that is assembled to the base-side plate and transmits, to a control unit, a rotation input signal dependent on the rotation of a signal insertion shaft; a damper bracket in which a damper support plate is fixed to the base connection plate and a damper case is disposed in a space between the base-side plates, thus forming a first assembly space and a second assembly space; damper members which are assembled to the damper case and in which damper shafts protrude toward the base-side plates; a first knob module having a configuration in which a spring pressing pin of the base-side plate compresses a first spring member, assembled to a first spring insertion part, as a first wheel knob, which is disposed in the first assembly space and supported by a signal body insertion shaft and the damper shaft, rotates; and a second knob module having a configuration in which the spring pressing pin of the base-side plate compresses a second spring member, assembled to a second spring insertion part, as a second wheel knob, which is disposed in the second assembly space and supported by the signal body insertion shaft and the damper shaft, rotates.
