The base station antenna comprises a phase shifter and a radiation oscillator, wherein the phase shifter comprises a phase shifter cavity, a feed network board and a phase shift medium; a phase shift circuit and a power division circuit, which is connected to the phase shift circuit, are constructed on the feed network board and arranged in the phase shifter cavity; the phase shift medium is arranged in the phase shifter cavity and on two sides of the phase shift circuit; and the radiation oscillator comprises a first conductor, wherein a through hole corresponding to the radiation oscillator is provided in the phase shifter cavity, and the first conductor penetrates through the through hole and is directly electrically connected to the power division circuit.
