PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION EXHIBITING TUBULIN INHIBITORY ACTIVITY

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising, as an active ingredient, a compound exhibiting tubulin inhibitory activity or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention inhibits tubulin polymerization, and thus can be very effectively used, in particular, for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases, acute respiratory distress syndrome, actinic keratosis or angiogenesis-associated diseases. La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant comme principe actif un composé présentant une activité inhibitrice de la tubuline ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci.
