Disclosed are a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises: a plurality of light-emitting units, which are arranged in a plurality of rows in a column direction; a first lens structure, which comprises a plurality of first lens units arranged respectively corresponding to the plurality of rows of light-emitting units, wherein each first lens unit is configured to concentrate light emitted by a corresponding row of light-emitting units towards a first concentration plane where the center line of the first lens unit is located, and the center points of the light-emitting units in the same row are located on the same side of a corresponding first concentration plane in the column direction.
