La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'une résine de polyoléfine capable de présenter de bonnes propriétés antistatiques et d'adhérence. L'invention concerne une résine de polyoléfine modifiée par polyéther obtenue par greffage (A) d'une résine de polyoléfine ayant été modifiée par greffage avec un acide carboxylique α,β-insaturé et/ou un dérivé de celui-ci avec (B) une polyéther amine. Le rapport pondéral entre la structure dérivée du composant (A) et la structure dérivée du composant (B) contenu dans la résine de polyoléfine modifiée par polyéther est de 70 : 30 à 30 : 70.
