Zusammenfassung: | The present application relates to a monocrystalline silicon rod and a silicon wafer prepared therefrom, and a battery, a battery string and a solar module. The concentration of antimony in the monocrystalline silicon rod is 0.04 E+16 atom/cm3 to 2 E+16 atom/cm3. In the present application, while an excellent silicon wafer resistivity range is explored, a monocrystalline silicon rod with an excellent resistivity range and an excellent resistivity concentration is obtained by means of controlling the concentration of antimony in the monocrystalline silicon rod, thereby improving the overall finished product quality of a monocrystalline silicon rod product, and obtaining a higher energy conversion efficiency of a photovoltaic cell.
