AXIAL FLOW FAN IMPELLER

Disclosed in the present invention is an axial flow fan impeller, comprising a hub and blades welded outside the hub, wherein the end of each blade connected to the hub is a blade root, and the other end thereof is a blade tip; and a trailing edge and a leading edge are respectively formed on two sides of the blade. The blade is of a wavy structure, which radially extends in a radial direction from the blade root to the blade tip, the extension length being L. A leading edge face of a blade is a first impact face, which is subjected to severe airflow impact, and undergoes severe deformation due to rotational inertia of a forward-bent axial flow fan impeller, thus being prone to failure and damage. By configuring the section of the blade root into a wavy structure which mainly comprises four primarily designed wave crests and extends in the radial direction from the blade root to the blade tip, the overall performance of the blade is improved, wherein the wavy structure of the blade root causes an increase in
