Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides novel crystalline forms of Apabetalone or its hydrates or its solvates viz, crystalline propionic acid solvate of Apabetalone (Form APB-2), crystalline form of Apabetalone hydrate (Form APB-4), crystalline form of Apabetalone (Form APB-5), crystalline form of Apabetalone hydrate (Form APB-8) and crystalline form of Apabetalone (APB-12), a process for preparation thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition thereof. La présente invention concerne de nouvelles formes cristallines d'apabétalone ou de ses hydrates ou solvates, à savoir le solvate d'acide propionique cristallin d'apabétalone (forme APB-2), la forme cristalline de l'hydrate d'apabétalone (forme APB-4), la forme cristalline d'apabétalone (forme APB-5), la forme cristalline de l'hydrate d'apabétalone (forme APB-8) et la forme cristalline d'apabétalone (APB-12), leur procédé de préparation, et une composition pharmaceutique associée.
