By means of the new micro-duct flexible aerial drop optical fiber cable of the present invention, a tight-buffered optical fiber is obtained by first using a single-mode optical fiber having an excellent bending resistance and then sleeving the tight buffer of a low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin on the single-mode optical fiber, and the tight-buffered optical fiber can effectively solve the problem of an indoor corner being small; and the tight buffered structure thereof can not only ensure the water penetration performance of the optical fiber cable, but can also make the optical fiber cable easy to strip, so that the convenience of optical fiber construction can be improved.
