La présente invention concerne un matériau de revêtement monocomposant, comprenant a) au moins un polymère à fonctionnalité hydroxy (A) choisi dans le groupe constitué par des polymères (méth)acryliques, des polyesters et des polyuréthanes ; b) au moins un agent de réticulation (B) de formule générale (I) étant [R-(C=O)NH]zRorg dans laquelle Rorg est un résidu organique et z = 2 à 9 et R est choisi dans le groupe constitué par des groupes alcoxysilane contenant des groupes de formules (II) et (III) et des groupes de blocage d'isocyanate, la formule (II) étant N[R1SiR3m(OR5)3-m][R2SiR4n(OR6)3-n] dans laquelle R1 et R2 sont indépendamment l'un de l'autre choisis parmi des groupes alkylène linéaires, ramifiés et cycliques ayant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, R3 et R4 sont indépendamment l'un de l'autre choisis parmi des groupes alkyle linéaires, ramifiés et cycliques ayant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, R5 et R6 sont indépendamment choisis parmi des résidus alkyle contenant 2, 3 ou 4 atomes de carbone, et n et m sont indépendamment l'un de l'autre 0, 1 ou 2 ; et la formule (III) étant NR10[R7SiR8x(OR9)3-x] dans laquelle R7 est choisi parmi des groupes alkylène linéaires, ramifiés et cycliques ayant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, R8 est choisi parmi des groupes alkyle linéaires, ramifiés et cycliques ayant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, R9 est choisi parmi des résidus alkyle contenant 2, 3 ou 4 atomes de carbone, R10 est choisi parmi H et des groupes alkyle linéaires, ramifiés et cycliques ayant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone et x étant 0, 1 ou 2 ; et des groupes de blocage d'isocyanate Rb étant dérivés formellement à partir d'agents de blocage d'isocyanate de formule H-Rb par élimination formelle de H au niveau de l'atome de résidu Rb, qui est lié au carbone du groupe C = O dans la formule (I) ; à condition que en moyenne au moins 15 % en moles de la totalité des résidus R dans la formule (I) soient des résidus de formule (II), et c) un solvant organique aprotique, de 2,0 à 30 % en poids du ou des agents de réticulation (B) étant contenus dans le matériau de revêtement monocomposant, sur la base du poids total du matériau de revêtement monocomposant. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de formation d'un revêtement sur un substrat en utilisant le matériau de revêtement monocomposant, un substrat ainsi revêtu, un revêtement multicouche comprenant une couche de revêtement formée à partir du matériau de revêtement revendiqué et un substrat ainsi revêtu.</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record> |
