La présente invention concerne une composition d'agent de démoulage pour la fabrication de papier, une émulsion, un procédé de préparation et un procédé d'utilisation associés. L'émulsion d'agent de démoulage selon la présente invention comprend (a) un matériau hydrophobe ; (b) un tensioactif cationique, comprenant un tensioactif de type sel d'ammonium quaternaire ; et (c) un tensioactif non ionique, comprenant un tensioactif non ionique de type polyoxyéthylène, l'émulsion étant exempte de tensioactifs anioniques, et l'émulsion ayant une taille de particule d'environ 0,05 à 1 µm.
