A food treatment apparatus is disclosed. The food treatment apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a housing; a grinding apparatus provided in the housing and grinding the food; and a storage apparatus which is arranged on the lower portion of the grinding apparatus and stores ground food, wherein the grinding apparatus comprises: a grinding case in which the food is ground and which has a discharge portion which is opened to transport the food to the storage apparatus; and a valve assembly which is provided on the lower portion of the grinding case to open/close the discharge portion, and which can be separated along with the grinding case to an outside of the housing.
