The device comprises a monitoring trolley capable of freely moving in a tunnel longitudinally, a plurality of automatic tracking identification apparatuses connected to a background processing system are provided on the monitoring trolley, and several monitoring points attached with reflective identifiers are arranged on the surface of a tunnel supporting structure.
