Le système comprend une cartouche présentant un moyen d'étirement et un moyen de retenir les cellules sur un châssis monté à l'intérieur de la cartouche pendant l'ensemencement. Le système comprend un bioréacteur doté d'une enceinte étanche, l'enceinte étanche abritant le châssis et la cartouche, le bioréacteur permettant un ensemencement uniforme du châssis avec les cellules, l'ensemencement ayant lieu dans l'enceinte étanche afin de le protéger de la contamination environnementale. Le système de bioréacteurs permet d'alimenter les cellules et/ou les tissus en milieu frais et d'éliminer les déchets.
