Le système comprend un bioréacteur doté d'une enceinte étanche, l'enceinte étanche abritant le châssis et la cartouche, le bioréacteur permettant un ensemencement uniforme du châssis avec les cellules, l'ensemencement ayant lieu dans l'enceinte étanche afin de le protéger de la contamination environnementale.
