D'une manière générale, le procédé comprend la mise en écoulement de l'alcane en C1-C3 à travers une pluralité de tubes à l'intérieur d'un récipient, les tubes comprenant un catalyseur destiné à convertir l'alcane en C1-C3 en produit liquide en C2-C10 et en hydrogène.
