The present invention further relates to such an ultrasound probe, a computer program causing a computer to carry out the inventive approach, and a medical system comprising such computer and such ultrasound probe. La présente invention concerne une technique pour la détermination de la position spatiale d'images ultrasonores en utilisant une sonde ultrasonore capable d'acquérir des images ultrasonores tridimensionnelles dans différentes directions, en particulier dans des directions opposées. La présente invention concerne en outre une telle sonde ultrasonore, un programme informatique amenant un ordinateur à mettre en oeuvre la technique de l'invention, et un système médical comprenant un tel ordinateur et une telle sonde ultrasonore.
