An electronic apparatus comprises a memory for storing at least one command, and a processor which is connected to the memory so as to control the electronic device, wherein the processor executes at least one instruction, so as to: identify a first intent word and a first target word from a first voice; when at least one word among the identified first intent word and the identified first target word does not match a word stored in the memory, acquire a second voice received after the first voice; acquire a similarity between the first voice and the second voice; and when the similarity has a value equal to or greater than a threshold value, acquire response information on the basis of the first voice and the second voice.
