본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 건설 현장 근로자 관리 서버는 근로자 별로 교육 종류 리스트 및 누적 시간이 저장되어 있는 교육 이수 정보 데이터베이스, 근로자 별 자격증 취득 정보가 저장되어 있는 자격증 데이터베이스, 근로자 별 경력 정보가 저장되어 있는 경력 정보 데이터베이스, 근로자가 출근하기 이전에 근로자 단말로부터 교육 이수 정보를 수신하여 상기 교육 이수 정보 데이터베이스에 저장하는 제1 교육 이수 관리부, 근로자 교육 리스트를 생성하여 제공한 후 상기 근로자 교육 리스트에 따라 근로자의 교육이 완료될 때마다 교육 이수 정보 데이터베이스의 상기 근로자 별로 교육 교육 종류 리스트 및 누적 시간을 갱신하는 제2 교육 이수 관리부, 상기 근로자 단말로부터 자격증 취득 정보를 수신하여 상기 자격증 데이터베이스에 저장하는 자격증 관리부, 근로자 단말로부터 과거 경력을 수신하면 상기 경력 정보 데이터베이스에 저장하는 근로자 경력 관리부 및 관리자 단말로부터 수신된 경력자 검색 요청 메시지에 따라 상기 경력 정보 데이터베이스, 교육 이수 정보 데이터베이스, 자격증 데이터베이스를 기초로 근로자를 검색하여 상기 관리자 단말에 제공하는 근로자 검색부를 포함한다.</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record> |
