La présente invention concerne un système de pose d'implant, conçu pour poser un implant cardiovasculaire prothétique, et comprenant : une gaine externe ; un ballonnet et un tube à ballonnet, le ballonnet étant relié à une extrémité distale du tube à ballonnet ; ainsi qu'une coiffe et un tube de fil-guide, la coiffe étant reliée à une extrémité distale du tube de fil-guide ; le tube à ballonnet et le tube de fil-guide s'étendant longitudinalement dans la cavité interne de la gaine externe et pouvant traverser l'extrémité distale de la gaine externe. La solution technique selon l'invention permet d'atténuer le problème technique compliquant le processus chirurgical lorsque le ballonnet est indépendant du système de pose d'implant, et d'améliorer l'efficacité chirurgicale.
