La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse destinée à être utilisée avec des vaisseaux occlus en forme de fourche. L'endoprothèse comporte deux conduits allongés ayant tous les deux une paroi latérale en maillage et des extrémités obliques. Un élément de jonction relie les extrémités obliques de sorte qu'elles se situent en face l'une de l'autre pour former un intervalle en forme de V. L'élément de jonction est déformable comme une charnière de sorte que les conduits sont orientés angulairement l'un vers l'autre pour se trouver à proximité d'une jonction entre les vaisseaux en forme de fourche. Ceci permet de situer les conduits dans chacun des vaisseaux en forme de fourche. |
