The air conditioner outdoor unit defrosting method comprises: entering a defrosting mode when a preset defrosting condition is satisfied, and controlling a lower air outlet fan in a lower air outlet module of an air conditioner to rotate reversely so as to exhaust air outwards; wherein the lower air outlet module of the air conditioner is communicated with an air conditioner outdoor unit by means of a ventilation pipeline, and the end portion of the ventilation pipeline is close to one side of a condenser or is opposite to the condenser; when an original defrosting mode is executed, the lower air outlet module exhausts indoor hot air outwards, and the hot air is exhausted to the condenser by means of the ventilation pipeline, such that the defrosting and deicing time is shortened, the use experience of a user is effectively improved, and the comfort degree is improved; and in addition, a negati
