The technical result consists in optimizing an urban, intercity and inter-regional transport system and enhancing the efficient operation thereof by eliminating traffic congestion and increasing the level of automation at all stages of the life cycle of the system. L'invention concerne un système de communication de transport logistique, comprenant une unité de commande et de contrôle de moyens de transport robotisés multifonctionnels, une unité d'alimentation pour les alimenter en électricité et un système de suivi et de localisation, des moyens de transport robotisés multifonctionnels comprenant un corps, une unité de commande et un système de communication, un dispositif de détermination de localisation, un moteur électrique, des roues de rail connectées au moteur électrique et à des collecteurs de courant du système de freinage, un système de transport souterrain comprenant des rails pour le déplacement des moyens de transport robotisés multifonctionnels et pour assurer leur alimentation électrique, des systèmes de transport au sol et aériens; les systèmes de transport sont connectés par des modules d'ascenseurs verticaux.
