| Zusammenfassung: | A device for connecting the ends of a conveyor belt consists of two ends of a belt that contains a cord, an upper cover, a lower cover and also overlays for covering the join between the ends of the belt. Said overlays are mounted from above and below to sections of the belt-end ends of the cord which are free of the covers, and are connected to one another by fastening elements. Disposed in the overlays are perforated plates of spring steel in the form of strips that run longitudinally to the axis of the belt, said strips being arranged next to one another and being connected to one another by transverse connecting tabs. Applied to the outer side of the plates are layers of a coating of rubberized cord, and applied to the sides of the plates facing the cord are layers of rubberized fabric cord. Furthermore, the outer layers of each of the overlays are made of materials similar to the materials of the belt covers. Each of the overlays is formed into a cohesive whole by vulcanization. The result is that of providing for elasticity of the connection between the belt ends; preventing damage caused by belt scrapers to the upper edges of the ends of the upper cover and the upper overlay at the points where they touch; and also increasing the tractive forces transmitted by the belt, as well as the operating life of the belt.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour connecter les extrémités de bandes de transport, lequel comprend deux extrémités de bande comprenant un câblé, des rabats supérieur et inférieur, ainsi que des couvre-joints chevauchants les joints des extrémités de la bande. Les couvre-joints sont disposés en dessus et en dessous sur les sections libres de rabats de la section des extrémités du câblé des extrémités de la bande, et sont connectés entre eux par des éléments de fixation. Les couvre-joints comportent des plaques perforées faites d'acier élastique sous forme de rubans longitudinaux à l'axe de la bande disposés à proximité les uns des autres et connectés entre eux par des pontets. Sur le côté supérieur des plaques se trouvent des couches de revêtement faites d'un câblé imprégné de caoutchouc, et sur le côté des plaques orientées vers le câblé se trouvent des couches de revêtement faites d'un câblé tissé imprégné de caoutchouc.
