Pour améliorer la qualité d'un tissu râpé, un procédé est présenté pour désintégrer mécaniquement un tissu (2) en microgreffes. Dans ledit procédé, une partie lame (3), qui présente une surface de râpe plane (3.1), et le tissu placé dans un porte-tissu sont amenés à se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre, et le tissu est guidé contre la surface de râpe (3.1), ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que le tissu est guidé contre la surface de râpe (3.1) avec la pièce d'alimentation en tissu de sorte que la pièce d'alimentation (12) soit désintégrée en même temps que le tissu (2).
