La présente invention vise à résoudre le problème d'une coulure qui est communément trouvée sur la buse à pointe ouverte de plateau froid de CMSR (moulage par compression de caoutchouc de silicone) trouvée dans une machine de moulage par injection compression verticale. Elle s'articule autour de l'utilisation d'un mécanisme anti-coulure utilisant un ensemble porte-navette spécialement personnalisé qui est installé sur la plaque de moule. L'ensemble porte-navette comprend une buse froide, une chemise de refroidissement, un support de buse pour maintenir la buse froide et la chemise de refroidissement en place, ainsi que le manchon de navette. En fonction du mouvement de la plaque de moule, le fonctionnement de l'ensemble porte-navette va empêcher la coulure et minimiser les rejets de moulage et les défauts cosmétiques dans le produit final. |
