Mât (10) qui comprend un montant allongé (12) doté d'une première extrémité (14) et d'une seconde extrémité (16), la première extrémité (14) étant fixée de manière pivotante à une base de support venant en prise avec le sol, au moins un premier mécanisme (22) pour limiter le mouvement de pivotement du montant (12), un treuil (26) qui est fixé au montant (12), et un câble (28) qui est en prise avec le treuil (26) et qui est fixé à une extrémité à un ancrage (30).
