La présente invention concerne un système de distribution d'eau doté d'un pouvoir d'hygiénisation. Selon un premier aspect, la présente invention concerne un système (1) de distribution d'eau comprenant une alimentation en eau, une source chauffante (100) ou un point d'arrivée d'eau chauffée de l'extérieur, au moins un capteur mesurant la qualité de l'eau, un chemin d'écoulement pour l'eau avec un débit d'évacuation utilisateur (UO), et une unité de commande pour le fonctionnement du système (1) de distribution d'eau, ledit au moins un capteur mesurant la qualité de l'eau étant relié à l'unité de commande, le système (1) de distribution d'eau comprend un tubage dans un système de tubage dans lequel au moins une partie du système de tubage dans le système (1) de distribution d'eau comprend une partie de tube qui est constituée d'un matériau plastique comprenant de l'argent et/ou du zinc pour fournir un anti-biofilm interne de cette partie du tubage.
