La présente invention se rapporte à une plante transgénique, de préférence du genre Brassica spp., comprenant dans son génome une séquence fongique, appartenant de préférence au champignon Trichoderma harzianum, capable d'établir une symbiose avec des champignons mycorhiziens. De plus, les plantes transgéniques de l'invention présentent une biomasse accrue et une résistance supérieure au stress abiotique.
