Said tearing assembly (2) comprises a stationary first pair of rollers (21', 21''), which are by circumferential velocity (v1) rotated in opposite directions, as well as an oscillatory to and fro along the plane of transferring said absorbent band (1) displaceable second pair of rollers (22', 22''), which are also rotated in opposite directions by constant circumferential velocity (v2). The distance between said first terminal position and said second terminal position of the second pair of rollers (22', 22'') is determined in such manner that during displacing of the second pair of rollers (22', 22'') together with each particular section (1') of the absorbent band (1) as jammed there-between in a direction away from the first pair of rollers (21', 21'') said absorbent band (1) is just partially torn, upon which said partially torn band (1) is introduced into said winding assembly (3), namely through the passage (31') in the rotor (31) as well as through the passage (32') in the stator (32) of each disposable winding unit (3'), so that said band (1) is completely torn by means of rotating said rotor (32) of the winding assembly (3) during the reverse displacement of the second pair of rollers (22', 22'') towards the first pair of rollers (21', 21'').
