Zusammenfassung:	A felt for a high-speed vacuum cylinder paper machine. The felt comprises, sequentially connected from top to bottom, a front-layer fiber web (1), an intermediate-layer fiber web (2), a base web (3), and a back-layer fiber web (4). The front-layer fiber web (1), the intermediate-layer fiber web (2), the base web (3), and the back-layer fiber web (4) are shaped by means of needling. Each layer of the felt is made from fibers having a specific fineness and the base web (3). The felt has a good dehydrating capabilities, and reduces the occurrence of the felt rewetting the paper, thereby improving the dryness of a wet sheet in an outgoing nip, and reducing steam consumption. The steam consumption is reduced by 10% when compared to a conventional felt, and the felt of the invention has higher tensile strength, and a long service life.
