Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure provides polymorphs and formulations of 4-(7-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4-oxo-4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-benzonitrile (compound I). The present disclosure further provides methods for treating ocular surface pain by administering 4-(7-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4-oxo-4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-benzonitrile (compound I). The present invention also provides methods for treating dry eye disease and ocular hyperemia by administering 4-(7-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4-oxo-4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-benzonitrile. La présente invention concerne des polymorphes et des formulations de 4- (7-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4-oxo -4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-benzonitrile (composé I). La présente invention concerne en outre des procédés de traitement de la douleur de surface oculaire par administration de 4-(7-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4-oxo-4 H-quinazolin-3-yl)-benzonitrile (composé I). La présente invention concerne également des procédés pour traiter une maladie de l'oeil sec et une hyperémie oculaire par administration de 4-(7-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4-oxo-4 H-quinazolin-3-yl)-benzonitrile.
