Le bâtiment modulaire de la présente invention est un bâtiment modulaire formé par, à l'aide de plaques de raccordement, assemblage, dans les directions vers le haut, vers le bas, vers la gauche et vers la droite, des modules unitaires ayant des poteaux, des poutres de plancher et des poutres de plafond. Une force de cisaillement agissant horizontalement sur les modules unitaires est amortie par une force de précontrainte pour une précontrainte au moyen des clés de cisaillement installées dans les plaques de raccordement et des fils passant à travers les plaques de raccordement et les poteaux. Le procédé de fabrication du bâtiment modulaire est un procédé par assemblage d'une pluralité de modules unitaires qui comprend les étapes consistant à : fabriquer des modules unitaires; installer une partie plancher sur laquelle les modules unitaires sont assis; positionner des plaques de raccordement au-dessus de la partie plancher; relier des clés de cisaillement à la partie plancher par l'intermédiaire des plaques de raccordement; installer un module unitaire de premier étage en couplant les poteaux du module unitaire de premier étage aux clés de cisaillement; installer les plaques de raccordement sur les surfaces supérieures des poteaux du module unitaire de premier étage, puis coupler des clés de cisaillement à celles-ci; monter un module unitaire de second étage sur les clés de cisaillement du module unitaire de premier étage; installer les plaques de raccordement les plus hautes sur les surfaces supérieures des poteaux du module unitaire de second étage; et installer et fixer des fils qui passent à travers les plaques de raccordement les plus hautes aux poteaux et à la partie plancher. 발명은 내외장재의 손상 없이 체결이 가능한 모듈건축물의 접합구조 및 이를 이용하여서 된 모듈건축물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 접합구조는, 상기 유닛모듈의 수평으로 인접한 기둥과 보위에 배치되는 연결플레이트와, 상기 연결플레이트에 삽입 고정되어 유닛모듈의 상하로 인접한 기둥을 지지하는 전단키로 구성하되, 상기 연결플레이트는 와이어가 삽통하는 와이어 삽통구와 전단키를 삽입 결합하도록 된 전단키 삽입구가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 전단키는 하단부에 나사산이 형성된 봉 형상으로서 상단부는 뾰족한 형상인 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명의 모듈건축물은, 기둥과 바닥보 및 천장보를 구비하는 유닛모듈을 연결플레이트를 이용하여 상하좌우로 조립하여서 된 모듈 건축물에 있어서, 상기 유닛모듈의 수평으로 작용하는 전단력은 연결플레이트에 설치된 전단키 및 연결플레이트와 기둥을 관통하는 와이어에 의해 긴장시키는 긴장력에 의해 감쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명의 모듈건축물을 제조하는 방법은, 복수의 유닛모듈 들을 조립하여 모듈건축물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 유닛모듈을 제조하는 단계, 상기 유닛모듈이 안착되는 바닥부를 설치하는 단계, 상기 바닥부 위에 연결플레이트를 위치하는 단계, 상기 연결플레이트를 통하여 전단키를 상기 바닥부와 연결하는 단계, 상기 전단키에 1층유닛모듈 기둥을 결합하여 1층유닛모듈을 설치하는 단계, 상기 1층유닛모듈의 기둥 상면에 연결플레이트를 설치 후 전단키를 결합하는 단계, 상기 1층유닛모듈의 전단키에 2층유닛모듈을 장착하는 단계, 상기 2층유닛모듈의 기둥 상면에 최상단연결플레이트를 설치하는 단계, 상기 최상단연결플레이트에서 기둥, 바닥부까지 관통하는 와이어를 설치하여 고정하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record>
