INTEGRATED BIPOLAR ELECTRODE, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF

An integrated bipolar electrode, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The integrated bipolar electrode comprises a sandwich structure and a bipolar plate (2); the sandwich structure is formed by connecting a positive active material layer (1) and a negative active material layer (3) to each other; the bipolar plate (2) is sandwiched in a cavity of the sandwich structure; a side surface of the sandwich structure is provided with a sealing layer (4) cooperating with a bipolar electrode fixing frame to avoid interpenetration of positive and negative electrolyte. The positive and negative active material layers (1, 3) of the integrated bipolar electrode are directly connected, the contact resistance between the two is quite low, and the performance of the finally prepared battery is better. Moreover, the integrated bipolar electrode has a simple production process and shorter production flow.
