Thus, the present invention provides a new way for degrading polyurethane, specifically, polyether-based polyurethane, which helps us to develop new bioremediation techniques for polyurethane waste further to take advantage of the products resulting from the polyether-based polyurethane foams in the production of high value items, such as amino acids.

En conséquence de ladite dégradation de polyuréthane, qui est utilisée par le micro-organisme en tant que source de carbone, la quantité d'acides aminés produite par un micro-organisme Gram-positif aérobie en forme de bâtonnet est augmentée.
