METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REALIZING COLLABORATION SYSTEM BY INTERWORKING E-MAIL

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for automatically registering a work system by using e-mail, performed by a work system server, comprises the steps of: (a) receiving information about e-mail received from a mail server in real time or periodically; (b) identifying, on the basis of a domain name of the e-mail, a company which is to generate work information; and (c) on the basis of attribute information included in the e-mail, generating, in an identified company's database, the work information including a person who requests the work, a person in charge of the work, and a subject of the work, wherein: step (c) includes the step of performing a classification process by identifying task information upon which the work information should be dependent, on the basis of the attribute information of the e-mail; the attribute information includes a sender, a receiver, an e-mail subject, an e-mail text and a sending date; the task information includes a plurality of pieces of work information; and a plurality of pieces of task information are stored in the work system server.
