La composition comprend un alkylpolyglycoside de formule : R-O-(G)n-H, n étant 1 à 2, G étant un résidu de saccharide ayant 5 à 6 atomes de carbone, et R étant un groupe alkyle de telle sorte que l'alkylpolyglycoside a une longueur moyenne de chaîne alkyle de 8-14.
