The present application is applicable to the technical field of the communications and provides a server access method and a network system, wherein the server access method comprises: an outer net server receiving a user request sent from a mobile terminal to form a user request queue; the outer net server being connected to a plurality of access servers via a load balancing device; the load balancing device distributing the user request in the user request queue to the access server with the lowest load in a polling manner; and the access server distributing the received user request to an application server in a polling manner on the basis of the load balancing algorithm, the application server receiving and feeding back the user request; wherein each access server is connected to a plurality of application servers.
