L'invention concerne une pompe à perfusion comprenant un piston, une soupape proximale située proximalement au piston, une soupape distale située distalement au piston et un dispositif de commande configuré pour déclencher la position du piston, de sorte qu'aussi bien dans sa position supérieure que dans sa position inférieure, le piston comprime une section d'un tube de perfusion, de sorte que les côtés opposés d'une surface interne de la section n'entrent pas en contact l'un avec l'autre.
