A kickboard device according to the present invention comprises: a handle part (100) allowing a front wheel (115) to rotate left and right when a user grabs a handle (111) and rotates the same left and right; a board (200) connected to an accommodation member (113) of the handle part (100); a left foot support part (300) connected along the longitudinal direction of the base side of a first wing member (210) of the board (200) so as to move the board (200) through a forward and backward reciprocating movement of a foot support (310); a right foot support part (400) connected along the longitudinal direction of the base side of a second wing member (220) of the board (200) so as to move the board (200) through a forward and backward reciprocating movement of a foot support (410); and an elastic guide part (500) comprising a plurality of small guide members (510) provided at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the base sides of the first wing member (210) and the second wing member (220), a large guide member (520) attached to base sides of the foot supports (310, 410), a first accommodation member (530) accommodated in guiders (514) of the small guide members (510), a second accommodation member (540) accommodated in the first accommodation member (530), a third accommodation member (550) accommodated in the second accommodation member (540), and an elastic member (560) of which one end portion is connected to a finishing member (516) of the small guide members (510) and the other end portion is connected with a finishing member (556) of the third accommodation member (550), wherein the elastic guide part is connectively provided between the board (200) and the foot supports (310, 410) so as to elastically guide the forward and backward movements of the foot supports (310, 410).
