La présente invention concerne un four de traitement de matériaux qui permet de délier et fritter des objets et traiter des effluents générés par le frittage. Une chambre de chauffage maintient une atmosphère contrôlée pour fritter l'objet. Une pompe à vide évacue un effluent de la chambre de chauffage, et un injecteur ajoute un réactif à l'effluent évacué pour former un gaz mixte. Un convertisseur catalytique reçoit le gaz mélangé et catalyse un ou plusieurs composés dangereux ou nocifs de l'effluent, de façon à convertir l'effluent en gaz d'échappement plus sûr et moins nocif. En conséquence, le four est adapté pour un fonctionnement dans un environnement de bureau. |
