The device comprises: a machining platform (4), two X-axis motion systems (12), one or more Y-axis motion systems (13), one or more Z-axis motion systems (14), multiple nozzles (24), a multi-nozzle cooperative-printing system, a plate fixing mechanism (5), and a plate conveying mechanism (6). The invention provides a device for additive manufacturing of a gypsum-based decorative relief material in which multi-nozzle printing is adopted, shortening a production cycle and improving production efficiency. The method comprises: performing pre-printing processing, wherein layer-specific designing and slicing are performed according to the structural and shape features of a relief, a printing method, the number and specifications of nozzles (24), and layout of a motion system (2) are selected, and path planning is performed for the multiple nozzles (24); conveying a gypsum base plate to a printing position, and fixing the gyp
