According to one embodiment of the present invention, a diffusion plate for a purification tower comprises: a supporting plate; at least one first fluid pipe positioned by penetrating the supporting plate; and a plurality of second fluid pipes spaced apart from the first fluid pipe and arranged to surround the first fluid pipe, wherein the length of at least any one of the second fluid pipes is longer than the length of the other second fluid pipes and is shorter than or equal to the length of the first fluid pipe.
