L'invention concerne une cassette destinée à être utilisée pour concentrer de la matière dans une suspension d'échantillon, la cassette comprenant un boîtier ayant un support et un canal fermé de réception d'échantillon, le canal fermé de réception d'échantillon ayant une partie supérieure et une base reliées par au moins deux parois ; la partie supérieure étant configurée pour avoir une largeur inférieure à une largeur de la base et une profondeur supérieure à 400 µm.
