Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an antibody that specifically binds to death receptor 5 (DR5) and has a function of killing cancer cells. Specifically, provided are an anti-DR5 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a use of the antibody or antigen-binding fragment for preventing or treating cancer. The present invention is characterized in that the anti-DR5 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is improved in terms of affinity to DR5, stability, and an effect of killing cancer cells. La présente invention concerne un anticorps qui se lie de manière spécifique au récepteur 5 de mort (DR5) et possède une fonction d'élimination de cellules cancéreuses. L'invention concerne particulièrement, un anticorps anti-DR5 ou un fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci, et une utilisation de l'anticorps ou du fragment de liaison à l'antigène pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce que l'anticorps anti-DR5 ou son fragment de liaison à l'antigène est amélioré en termes d'affinité vis-à-vis de DR5, de stabilité et d'effet de destruction de cellules cancéreuses. 세포사멸 수용체 5(death receptor 5; DR5)에 특이적으로 결합하여 암세포 사멸 기능을 갖는 항체와 관련된 것으로, 구체적으로 항 -DR5 항체 또는 이의 항원결합단편, 및 상기 항체 또는 항원결합단편의 암의 예방 또는 치료 용도가 제공된다. 상기 항 -DR5 항체 또는 이의 항원결합단편은 DR5에 대한 친화도 및 안정성 및 암세포 사멸 효과가 개선된 것을 특징으로 한다.
