The present invention comprises: a laser generation unit; a seating jig which is positioned so as to face the laser generation unit, and on which one or more battery cells, each having a circuit module seated thereon, are seated; and a pressure unit, arranged between the laser generation unit and seating jig, for closely adhering contact members of the circuit module and terminals of the battery cell, wherein the pressure unit presses on the contact members past a space part of the circuit module.
