PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR ENHANCING BIOAVAILABILITY OF DRUG FOR TREATMENT OF ACNE

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising retinoid and benzoyl peroxide and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for treating acne with enhanced bioavailability in the form of a cream gel comprising adapalene and dispersed benzoyl peroxide. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention is excellent in skin affinity as the composition contains pseudoceramides which are very similar to natural ceramides, and has an effect of improving skin usability such as the stability of the product, skin moisturizing power and feeling of use, skin barrier formation and the like as the composition contains a multilamellar emulsion which is very similar to a lamellar structure which is a lipid structure between dermal keratinocytes.
