The touch-control panel comprises a substrate (1), a touch-control electrode (2) provided in a touch-control region (11) on the substrate (1), and a plurality of signal transmission lines (3) provided in a non-touch-control frame wiring region (12) on the substrate (1). The signal transmission lines (3) are connected to the touch electrode (2) for transmitting a touch signal. The signal transmission lines (3) in the frame wiring region (12) are distributed in at least two layers overlapping with one another, and the signal transmission lines (3) in adjacent layers are insulated from one another.
