La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un corps moulé qui présente une transparence, une aptitude au traitement et une formabilité supérieures tout en supprimant toujours l'apparition de coloration. Un procédé de fabrication d'un corps moulé (10) comprend une étape de formation de matériau de film (33) et une étape de moulage (32). Dans l'étape de formation de matériau de film (33), un matériau de film allongé est formé à partir d'acylate de cellulose. Dans l'étape de moulage (32), le matériau de film obtenu (20) et un matériau de substrat (22) composé d'une résine thermoplastique sont moulés d'un seul tenant, formant ainsi le corps moulé (10) ayant un film d'acylate de cellulose (13) et un substrat transparent (11) par thermoformage à une température de formation dans la plage de 150 à 240 °C inclus.
