La présente invention concerne l'obtention d'un pigment noir nanoparticulaire multifonctionnel créé à partir d'une matière première : l'écorce de riz (CA). La méthodologie associe deux procédés pour la production du pigment, faisant intervenir deux fours, le premier étant un four de pyrolyse créé par la détentrice de ce brevet, le second four consistant en un modèle tubulaire avec fermeture sur les côtés. Ce pigment se caractérise en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué de silice et est obtenu par un procédé de pyrolyse. Par conséquent, l'invention permet d'attribuer un nouveau pigment inorganique à la cendre de l'écorce de riz (CCA) d'origine organique, ce qui tend à bénéficier au secteur industriel, qui a besoin de techniques contribuant à une mise en adéquation avec les exigences socio-environnementales.

A metodologia relata dois procedimentos para produção do pigmento utilizando dois fornos, o primeiro sendo um forno de pirólise criado pela autora dessa patente e o segundo forno retrata um modelo tubular com fechamento nas laterais. Este pigmento é caracterizado por ser constituído majoritariamente de sílica, e é obtido por processo de pirólise. Portanto, a invenção possibilita atribuir um novo pigmento inorgânico a cinza da casca do arroz (CCA) de origem orgânica, tendendo a beneficiar o setor industrial que necessita de técnicas que contribuam para adequação quanto às exigências socioambientais. |
